EasyBudget ("we", "our", "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data.

Data We Collect

Account data: Email and password (encrypted) for authentication
Expense data: Amounts, categories, descriptions, and dates you enter
Voice data: Speech is processed on-device using Apple/Google speech recognition. We do NOT store audio recordings.
AI processing: Text descriptions are sent to Google Gemini API for categorization. No personally identifiable information is included.

Data Storage

Data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore) with encryption at rest and in transit
Data is associated with your user account and accessible only to you
We do not sell, share, or monetize your financial data

Third-Party Services

Firebase Authentication: For secure sign-in
Cloud Firestore: For data storage
Google Gemini AI: For expense categorization (text only, no PII)
Apple Speech Framework: For on-device voice recognition

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app's Settings screen, or by contacting us at the email below.

Children's Privacy

EasyBudget is not intended for children under 13.
